01 / TERMS

Using our store

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Urbun Gadgets website and purchases made through it. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented to you at that time, subject to your rights under applicable law.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.

Product information

Review the product description, specifications, compatibility information, included accessories and any stated warranty before purchasing. If anything is unclear, contact us before placing your order.

Images are intended to illustrate the product. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, but this does not excuse supplying a materially different or misdescribed product. Brand or model references do not, by themselves, establish manufacturer affiliation, authorisation or warranty coverage; any such claim must be expressly stated and accurate.

Orders, prices & payment

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. You must be authorised to use your selected payment method. The checkout shows the order total and any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges before you complete the purchase.

Prices and offers may change for future orders. We will not impose an increased price on an existing order without your agreement. If a stock issue, clear pricing error or payment problem prevents fulfilment, we will contact you with the available options. Payments collected for an order we cannot fulfil will be returned rather than retained under our exchange-only policy.

Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery information are provided during the purchase process where available. Please check your address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correction.

Delivery estimates can be affected by location, courier operations or unforeseen events. This does not remove our responsibility to address non-delivery or other issues under applicable law. Contact support if your order is delayed, missing or arrives with a problem.

05 / TERMS

Cancellation before dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by emailing your order number to urbungadgets@gmail.com. Please wait for our confirmation of the order status.

For a confirmed cancellation of a prepaid, unfulfilled order, the payment will be returned. After dispatch, requests are handled under the delivery and exchange terms, without limiting any cancellation or other rights required by law.

06 / TERMS

Exchanges, replacements & refunds

Our standard after-delivery policy provides exchanges or replacements for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products. Please report the issue within 2 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photos or video where available.

We do not offer discretionary refunds or change-of-mind returns. Refunds and other remedies required by law remain available. The 2-day reporting period does not extinguish statutory rights, including for defects discovered later. Full eligibility, condition and return instructions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

07 / TERMS

Warranty & product care

Any product-specific warranty applies only as described for that product. Do not assume that a manufacturer warranty applies unless it is expressly offered. Contact us if you need the applicable warranty details.

Follow the product’s instructions and use compatible accessories. Our standard exchange policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alterations or use beyond reasonable testing. These conditions do not exclude remedies for an inherent defect or other rights provided by law.

Accounts & acceptable use

If you create an account, keep your login information secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Use the website lawfully and provide truthful information when placing orders or contacting support.

Do not interfere with website security, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent claims or misuse another person’s information. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse; this does not remove obligations relating to valid orders already placed.

Website content & third-party services

Website materials may belong to Urbun Gadgets, its licensors or other rights holders. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping. Do not copy or use protected content commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

Payment, delivery and other third-party services may have their own terms. Links to other websites do not transfer responsibility for our own sales obligations to those providers. Review third-party terms when using their services.

We use information provided during shopping and customer support as described in our Privacy Policy. Please read that policy for details about personal information and how to contact us with privacy questions.

Responsibility & consumer rights

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. If an error affects your purchase, contact us so it can be addressed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those relating to fraud, defective or misdescribed goods, or unfair trade practices. Your statutory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting wording in these terms.

Updates, concerns & applicable law

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. Changes will not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an order you have already placed. Keep a copy of the terms and order details provided when you purchase.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to approach a competent consumer commission, court or other authority available to you under law; these terms do not impose an exclusive forum or mandatory private arbitration.
